අනුරාධපුර අවතැන් වූවන්ට බෝසත් විශ්මකර්ම පදනමෙන් රු.100,000/=ක මූල්ය පරිත්යාගයක්.
අනුරාධපුර ප්රාදේශිය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාස 22 ක තුළින්ම ආපදා තත්ත්වයන් වාර්තා වේ.
දැනට දිස්ත්රික්කයේ පවුල් 2277කට අයත් පුද්ගලයින් 6925 දෙනෙකු පීඩාවට පත්ව සිටී. මේ අතරින් ප්රාදේශිය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාස 17කට අයත් පවුල් 793 ක පුද්ගලයින් 2468ක් කදවුරු 36 රදවා සිටී.
ප්රධාන ජලාශ සියල්ල ඇතුළු සියලු වැව් පිරී ඉතිරී යන්නට විය. එමෙන්ම රාංජාගනය , කලාවැව , පදවිය,නාච්චාදූව වැනි වැව් වල වාන් දොරටු විවෘත කර ඇත.
මල්වතු ඔයද පිටාරගලන්නට විය.
අවතැන් වූවන්ට යම් සහනයක් ලබා දීමේ අරමුණින් රු.100,000/=ක මුදලක් අනුරාධපුර දිස්ත්රීක් ලේකම් රංජිත් විමලසුරිය මහත්මා වෙත බෝසත් විශ්මකර්ම පදනමේ සාමාජිකයන්ගේ දායකත්වයන් මත අද දින ( 2025-11-29 ) එකතුවී ලබා දෙන්නට විය.
අනුරාධපුර දිස්ත්රීක් රාජ්ය නොවන සංවිධාන අංශයේ සම්බන්ධිකාරක සුමිත් රත්නායක මහත්මා විසින් මෙම පරිත්යාගය සම්බන්ධීකරණ කරන ලදි.
The Bodhisath Vishmakarma Foundation has extended financial assistance amounting to LKR 100,000 to support families displaced due to the ongoing flood situation in the Anuradhapura District.
At present, disaster conditions have been reported across all 22 Divisional Secretariat Divisions in Anuradhapura. According to official data, a total of 6,925 individuals belonging to 2,277 families have been affected by the adverse weather conditions. Among them, 2,468 individuals from 793 families across 17 Divisional Secretariat Divisions are currently sheltered in 36 temporary relief camps.
The situation has worsened as all major reservoirs and tanks have reached full capacity and overflowed. Spill gates of key reservoirs including Rajanganaya, Kala Wewa, Padaviya, and Nachchaduwa have been opened, while the Malwathu Oya has also overflowed, causing further flooding in surrounding areas.
With the intention of providing immediate relief to displaced families, members of the Bodhisath Vishmakarma Foundation, through their collective contributions, handed over the donation of LKR 100,000 to Anuradhapura District Secretary, Mr. Ranjith Wimalasuriya, on 29 November 2025.
The donation process was coordinated by Mr. Sumith Ratnayake, Coordinator of the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) Unit of the Anuradhapura District Secretariat.
The Bodhisath Vishmakarma Foundation remains committed to supporting vulnerable communities and extending assistance during times of national emergencies and humanitarian need.
