A Sacred Act of Supporting the Maha Sangha

A noble meritorious deed was carried out by providing transport facilities for the venerable Maha Sangha residing at the Buttala Budugallena Aranya Senasanaya.

This offering was made to facilitate their participation in a three-day pilgrimage and religious program to worship the sacred Sri Pada (Adam’s Peak), specifically the revered “Vama Sri Pada Pathmaya.”

Dates of the Meritorious Event

The religious కార్యక్రమ took place over three days:

• March 11
• March 12

During this period, transport was arranged from Buttala to Sri Pada, ensuring a comfortable and smooth journey for the monks.

The transportation, including a dedicated bus for the three-day journey, was made possible through the generous support of:
